Sales Specialist
一、Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Customer Development & Maintenance
Develop domestic and overseas new customers through online platforms, exhibitions, industry channels and customer referrals; maintain long-term cooperative relations with old clients, follow up regular orders and repeat purchases.客户开发与维护:通过线上平台、行业展会、渠道转介绍开发国内及海外新客户;维护存量老客户长期合作,跟进复购与常规订单。
- Product Professional Consulting
Introduce full range fastener products including DIN934 hex nuts, DIN982/DIN985 nylon lock nuts, flange nuts, wing nuts; professionally explain specifications, strength grades, surface treatments (zinc plating, zinc-nickel, Geomet, Dacromet, nickel/chrome plating) and international standards DIN/ANSI to clients.产品专业对接:向客户讲解全系紧固件产品(六角螺母、尼龙锁紧螺母、法兰螺母、蝶形螺母等),专业介绍规格、强度等级、各类防腐表面工艺、德标 / 美制国际标准。
- Quotation & Order Follow-up
Communicate customer demand, issue accurate quotations, negotiate price, delivery time and technical requirements; track order production progress, coordinate workshop, QC and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery.报价与订单跟进:对接客户需求,精准报价,洽谈价格、交期、技术要求;全程跟踪订单生产,协调车间、质检、物流保障准时出货。
- After-sales & Complaint Handling
Follow up customer receiving feedback, solve product size, surface coating, delivery discrepancy problems timely; cooperate with QC team to handle quality complaints and provide improvement solutions to retain clients.售后问题处理:跟进客户收货反馈,及时处理尺寸、镀层、货期等异议;联动质检部门处理客诉,提供整改方案稳定客户。
- Market & Competitor Analysis
Collect industry market trends, customer demand changes and competitor price information, feed back to company to adjust sales strategy and product promotion focus.市场信息收集:收集行业行情、客户需求变化、竞品价格动态,反馈公司优化销售策略与主推产品。
- Sales Target Completion
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets arranged by the company, sort out sales reports and customer files regularly.业绩指标达成:完成公司下达的月度、季度、年度销售业绩,定期整理销售报表与客户档案。
二、Job Requirements 任职要求
- Hardware /fastener/metal parts sales experience is preferred; candidates with foreign trade sales experience are highly prioritized.
有五金、紧固件、标准件销售经验优先;具备外贸销售经验者优先录用。
- Basic understanding of fastener knowledge is a plus, familiar with nut specifications, surface anti-rust treatment, DIN & ANSI standards; no relevant experience is acceptable if you are willing to learn product knowledge.
了解紧固件基础常识优先,熟悉螺母规格、防腐镀层、德标美制标准;无行业经验愿意学习产品知识也可培养。
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer mining ability, patient and responsible, good at long-term customer operation.
沟通谈判、客户挖掘能力强,耐心有责任心,擅长长期维护客户资源。
- Able to bear sales work pressure, target-driven, proactive in developing new customers.
能够承受销售业绩压力,目标感强,主动拓展新客户渠道。
- Education background unlimited; fluent oral English is a bonus for overseas business development.
学历不限;英语口语流利、能独立对接海外客户者优先。
三、Salary & Benefits 薪资福利
- Compensation Mechanism: Basic salary + high sales commission + new customer development bonus + year-end performance bonus, comprehensive income 7000–15000 RMB monthly, top sales negotiable.
薪资结构:无责底薪 + 高额销售提成 + 新客开发奖 + 年终业绩分红,综合月薪 7000-15000 元,优秀业务员薪资可面议上不封顶。
